The contract includes a notable 13.5% pay hike starting July 1 and also covers agreements on AI usage within the company. Union members are set to approve this deal on June 20, marking a significant win for video game employees everywhere.
While ZeniMax’s testers made history first, other Microsoft teams have since joined the union movement, which now boasts more than 2,000 members. This victory is seen as a giant leap toward better conditions and recognition for game developers and testers.
