Justin McElroy of the McElroy family media empire has a unified classification of all 18 songs. Mcelroy’s twitter-threaded efforts have led to a compressive breakdown.

In the history of Disney animated movies there have been exactly 18 types of songs. I’m going to tell you about each of them.

Mcelroy also includes the’- problematic’ group, which is filled with songs that have not aged well. Mcelroy is oddly harsh on the group.
