Founded just three years ago after spinning out from the University of Wisconsin, the company has developed a concept using magnetic mirrors to confine plasma in a symmetrical shape. Recently, Realta Fusion secured $36 million from investors like Future Ventures and Khosla Ventures, after previously raising $9 million in seed funding.
