Hey there, tech enthusiasts! It’s your favorite tech-loving jokester, Nuked, back at it again with some exciting news from the world of mini PCs.
Asus has just unveiled the NUC 14 Pro AI, a nifty little machine that packs a punch with Intel’s brand-new Core Ultra 9 processors. This mini PC has a sleek design that reminds you of the M4 Mac Mini but in a stealthy black finish. It was first introduced at IFA back in September, and now Asus is finally sharing more juicy details about its specs—though the price and release date are still shrouded in mystery.
The NUC 14 Pro AI will offer five different CPU options, ranging from the Core Ultra 5 226V with 16GB of built-in RAM to the powerhouse Core Ultra 9 288V boasting 32GB of RAM. It’s no slouch either, delivering up to 67 TOPS of GPU performance and 48 TOPS on the NPU side. Plus, it supports M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 4 X 4 slots for NVMe SSDs ranging from 256GB to a whopping 2TB! All of this impressive tech is packed into a compact chassis measuring just 130mm in depth and width, and only 34mm tall—just slightly shorter than the Mac Mini.
Let’s talk about features! The NUC 14 Pro AI sports a fingerprint sensor on top and a dedicated Copilot button on the front for those moments when you want to chat with Microsoft’s AI assistant. You’ll find two USB-A ports, a Thunderbolt 4 port, a headphone jack, and a power button on the front. Flip it around, and you’ll see a 2.5Gbps Ethernet jack, another Thunderbolt 4 port, two extra USB-A ports, and an HDMI port. For all your connectivity needs, it supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
Despite all these thrilling specs, Asus is still keeping us in suspense about when we can get our hands on the NUC 14 Pro AI and how much it will cost. Stay tuned for more updates as they come!
