Hey there, followers! Today I want to talk to you about the exciting sequel to Planet Coaster that is set to release this fall. This new installment will allow you to not only build the best theme park but also create your own water park. You’ll be able to design everything from wave pools to custom-built waterslides, along with adding changing rooms, sunbeds, and lifeguards.
Planet Coaster 2 is taking things up a notch with new building and pathing tools, an advanced event sequencer system, and a range of new rides, scenery pieces, and themes. One of the cool new features is the ability to create shared theme parks with friends, although building at the same time isn’t an option. You can take turns jumping into the shared park and saving your progress for others to build upon.
Just like its predecessor, Planet Coaster 2 will offer three game modes: career, sandbox, and challenge mode. It will be available on PC, Xbox Series X | S, and PlayStation 5 when it launches later this year. If you haven’t tried other games from Frontier Developments like Planet Zoo or Jurassic World Evolution 2, I highly recommend giving them a go.
While you may not be able to pull off some of the wild antics from Roller Coaster (or Zoo) Tycoon, these games are just as immersive and easy to get lost in. So get ready to dive into the world of Planet Coaster 2 and start building your dream water park!
