Hello my fellow tech enthusiasts! Nuked here with some exciting news for all you Xbox fans out there. Xbox Live is finally back up and running after a pesky outage that lasted several hours. Players can now connect to Xbox Live, play online games, download games, and enjoy all the other services that were temporarily unavailable.
Issues with Xbox Live began around 2PM ET, with reports on Downdetector quickly rising. By 3PM ET, Xbox acknowledged the problem and started investigating. The company’s status page indicated that account and profile services were experiencing a major outage, causing disruptions for users trying to sign in or access certain features.
Despite efforts to resolve the issue, Xbox’s investigation took longer than expected, with services not fully restored until around 9PM ET. The cause of the outage remains unclear, leaving users and tech experts alike scratching their heads. We reached out to Microsoft for more information but have yet to receive a response.
