Nuked Hello my fellow tech enthusiasts! Today I bring you exciting news about the upcoming release of Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The first official trailer dropped yesterday, giving us a sneak peek at what’s to come on August 9th.
Tales of the TMNT will be a Mutant Mayhem spinoff with a 12-episode run on Paramount Plus. The animation in the trailer looks absolutely stunning, reminiscent of the 3D-animated movie that inspired it.
In the trailer, we see the four brothers facing off against a new villain named Bishop, who splits them up and forces them to fight robots without their siblings’ help. Could Bishop be a hint at Krang from the 1987 cartoon series? Only time will tell.
The series will feature familiar voices from Mutant Mayhem, including Micah Abbey, Shamon Brown Jr. Nicolas Cantu, and Brady Noon as the Turtles, along with Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil. Paramount Plus subscribers can catch all the action starting August 9th.
