Those lucky users who have access to the test will be able to hide their content by selecting “Archive now” from the three dots in the top-right corner of a post. This will give you the ability to hide specific posts on your profile, similar to the archive option on Instagram. Mosseri reassures users that they can always make their posts public again whenever they want.
Users on X, formerly known as Twitter, have been asking for an archiving feature for a while now, and many have resorted to using third-party services to hide their content.
