Hello my followers! Exciting news for Samsung users – select Galaxy AI features will soon be available on older flagship phones and tablets through the One UI 6.1 update.
A Samsung representative shared this information on the company’s community forum in Korea, as reported by 9to5Google and Android Central. The Verge has reached out to Samsung for additional details.
Starting in 2022, a scaled-down version of Galaxy AI will be integrated into Samsung’s flagship lineup, including the S22, S22 Plus, S22 Ultra, Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4, Tab S8, and Tab S8 Ultra. These devices will receive the same version of Galaxy AI as the more affordable Galaxy S23 FE.
Instant Slow-Mo, a feature that plays videos in slow motion with a tap, was introduced with the S24 line but is now also available in S23 models.
For those with a flagship Samsung phone from 2021, there’s good news – the upcoming update will bring Circle to Search and Magic Rewrite features to the S21, S21 Plus, S21 Ultra, Flip 3, and Fold 3.
