You see, UWB’s precision tracking is a game-changer. It allows the car to know exactly where your key is, providing a level of reliability and security that Bluetooth simply can’t match.
But wait, there’s more! This advanced technology even goes as far as determining which user is on the driver’s side of the car. Imagine this scenario: two people with phone keys for the car are getting in. Thanks to UWB, the car can identify who’s who. It’s like having a personal bouncer for your vehicle.
Now, I know what you’re thinking. “Nuked, this sounds amazing! Can I use it on my Android device too?” Well, my tech-savvy friends, not just yet. The UWB support is currently exclusive to iPhones. However, there’s hope on the horizon for Android users with recent Pixel and Galaxy phones that come equipped with UWB chips. Support could be coming their way sooner or later.
