Everything Everywhere All at Once: 23 Oscars and Counting at the 95th Academy Awards Ceremony

Hello everyone! Welcome to the Oscars 2023 edition. This year’s ceremony was a great success and it was a fitting end to awards season.

A24’s Everything Everywhere All at Once did particularly well, taking home seven of the eleven awards it was nominated for, including Best Picture and Best Directing for the Daniels. In his speech for Best Supporting Actor, Ke Huy Quan thanked his wife and brother for their support throughout his career, and Michelle Yeoh gave an inspiring speech about women never being past their prime.

Other A24 films also did well, with Brendan Fraser winning Best Actor for The Whale, and Jamie Lee Curtis taking home Best Supporting Actress. All Quiet on the Western Front also made its presence known, winning for Cinematography and Best International Feature Film.

Animation was not forgotten either as Guillermo del Toro was awarded Best Animated Feature Film for Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio. Other notable awards included Judy Chin, Adrien Morot, and Annemarie Bradley winning Best Makeup and Hairstyling for The Whale and Paul Rogers winning Best Film Editing for Everything Everywhere All at Once.

The full list of winners is available below. Congratulations to all the winners!
