In Arizona, the Transaction Record Analysis Center has been used by more than 600 law-enforcement entities to surveil money sent across US borders without a warrant.

YouTube returns as the title sponsor of VidCon after TikTok’s one-year stint, and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has something to say about GPT-4: “people are begging to be disappointed and they will be.”

Apple is also working on an iPad-like smart display, while Carhartt has released a smart vest that uses AI to keep you toasty in the cold. Logitech has unveiled a stylish new webcam for $69.99 and Twitter is auctioning off assets from its San Francisco headquarters.

Finally, Galaxy S23 spec leaks have been revealed ahead of its February launch, and Netflix’s 2023 movie lineup looks kind of lean.
