Hey there tech fans! Nuked here, coming at you with a roundup of all the best gadgets and gizmos from CES 2023. It was a great year for new releases and innovative concepts, and we at The Verge were there to capture all the action. Here are a few of our top picks:
Best monitor: Samsung Odyssey G95SC
This 49-inch model takes the crown for the world’s first 32:9 aspect ratio OLED gaming monitor. We don’t have pricing yet, but it’s set to hit the market later in 2023.
Best evolution of a concept: BMW i Vision Dee
CES always has a few out-there concepts on display, and the BMW i Vision Dee definitely caught our eye. This year’s version features full-color E Ink technology that allows it to transform into 32 different hues.
Best in show: Matter
Smart home technology was a major focus at CES this year, and Matter stole the show. The new interoperability standard aims to simplify the smart home experience, and companies like Samsung, Google, and Apple have all pledged to make it a reality. While we’ve still got a ways to go before we reach the interconnected future Matter promises, we’ll be keeping a close eye on its progress.
