A simpsons-yellow tightened biceps emoji on a slack message. A dark skin tone will show up alongside the yellow one. Your reaction will be added to the total count.

Emoji reaction groups have four different skin tones represented. The feature could group all six of the options available for all.
Instead of adding a new one that better represents you, you can just punch an emoji reaction. The change is a huge boon for inclusivity, in my opinion.
