The Oakley union elementary school district’s board of trustees did n’t keep badmouthing parents during a public WebEx call. The board suggested that parents just’want their babysitters back,’ or want to go back to ingesting marijuana.

School board trustee Richie masadas appeared to link parents’ frustration over close closures to drug use. His brother had a delivery service for medical marijuana and his clientele were parents of kids at school.

The 8-minute video is n’t quite as incendiary as the play-by-play makes it sound sound. It seems likely the board was just airing some general frustrations, unaware they were being watched.

One member asked:’if you’re going to call me out, I’m going to kill you up’. Another member did ask:’where are we alone?’.
