Sony says all of the Ubisoft Ubisoft titles will not work on the new console. Sony says the games do not appear on the ps5 backward compatibility list.

Sony previously said that the ps5 will support an’overwhelming majority’ of PS4 titles. More than 4,000 games will be available on the next-gen hardware.

Sony has already said that the ps5 will support the PlayStation VR. You will need a special adapter to use the headset with the new console.
